1. Fill out an application and Idemnification agreement.  A copy of the liability release form must be filled out for each member fo the family forms for minors must be signed by the parent or adult with legal custody of the minor child.  The membership and liability release forms can be downloaded here:

2. Attend at least one monthly meeting and one club activity.

3. Be voted on by the membership.

4. Pay your dues: $45/year for an individual or family.  You may pay via PayPal on the Payments page of the website, or by check to the Pope Valley Ropers and Riders, P.O. Box 1, Pope Valley, CA 94567
